Prices listed on Menus vary due to multiple variations for each wedding/event. These prices are merely a guide and by no means are set.
We are a full Commercial Kitchen on wheels. This provides us the opportunity to cook your menu onsite where others cook at one location than keep it hot for transport. We bring the kitchen to you. A few of the many items that affect our quotes include but are not limited to:
*Our Peak Season is from April to October. Our weekend event Minimums during Peak Season are $2500 Food per event. Holiday rates (November & December) are the same as Peak Season.
*Cost of Goods ~ Are constantly rising and we try every way possible to negate those as best as we can. When Quoting out Event we try our best to evaluate/guesstimate the cost at time of service. Final Invoice will be billed at Market Price for cost of goods. For example, a certain cut of beef being switched
*Fuel ~ Fuel costs are rising dramatically and if they go over and $5/gallon for Diesel there will be additional fuel charges on Final Invoice. We are hopeful that prices will level out under $5/gallon and have based our quote on that figure.
*Location ~ Dependent on Distance from our base in Victor and Road Conditions to Site. We must be able to maneuver down roads, driveways and site with 14’ clearance height and minimum of 12’ wide.
*Power ~ Power Required for service is 30-50 AMP service; most commonly a household clothes dryer plug in/large equipment. It must be on it's on circuit breaker with no other draw or will not work.
*Service Level ~ We offer a variety of service levels to bring your vision of the perfect day to life.
~Food Truck Experience (Curbside)- served directly from our beautiful designed food trailer. There will be a limited number of items for guests to choose from. They order directly from us and pick up food from us at trailer. This is a great service for small to medium sized groups up to 65 guests.
~Buffet Service & Options ~ beautifully designed Buffet with your theme/style in mind when decorating Buffet tables. Our pricing includes high-end disposable plates, utensils and napkins for service that look and feel real. We can upgrade to China, Silverware and Cloth Napkin sets and Glassware. Buffet service is excellent for keeping a great pace for guests. They can eat when and what they want which is excellent for time management. We strive for a comfortably-elegant service that is as laid back or formal as you would like. We can set up a variety of Buffet layouts offering a traditional line service to individual stations for a more upscale feel. For example, an Appetizer table, Salads/Side Dishes, Meat (Carving/Entrée) Station, Dessert Station and Drink Station. Whether you are looking for a Self-Serve Buffet(our self-serve option requires staff to portion out the proteins for portion control) or Staffed Buffet (staff to serve all items in buffet line) we can provide the service you want. We offer a one time through buffet option and an all you can eat option.
~Plated Tableside Service ~ this is our most elegant of services. With our experienced staff we bring a 5 Star experience to you. From Passed Hors D`oeuvres and Plated meal service, our service and presentation will impress the most discerning of tastes.
~Rush Service ~ Under 30 days planning will also be at our Highest Rate, this is due to the rush shipping required, working into a very tight schedule and bringing on additional staff to handle the Rush Status.
~Multi-service Discount ~ Book one or more services and receive a discount.
~First Responder & Military Discount~ We RESPECT everything you do! We want to thank you by giving you 5% off your food service with us. You must let us know upon first contacting us for quote that you are a First Responder, Veteran or Active Military.
Our Pricing is Straight Forward, No Hidden Fees!
Our Invoices Include- Menu, Service Provided, Service Ware (Plates, Utensils & Napkins), All Equipment for Service except Tables & Linens for Food Stations (We can add for Service if Requested), Set-up Fees & Staff for Service in an All-Inclusive Price Per Guest Total
*Catering Contract to be Provided and Signed. Payment of Deposit is Acceptance of Terms Outlined*
*Once we confirm a service we are Committed to YOU! We truly mean it, we do not book as many gigs as possible; instead we believe in dedicating our service to you. Quality over quantity. For larger events we book the whole week out to you. Therefore we turn down other work to focus on your event. That is why Retainers for Service and All Payments are Non-Refundable, no exceptions!
